Summary:
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, answering the phone, processing payments, and performing various clerical duties.
The Receptionist will also assist with various projects as needed.
Duties include:
Greeting customers in a timely, efficient manner.
Answering the phone in a timely, efficient manner.
Collecting payment from customers in a timely, efficient manner.
Performing receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
as needed.
Performing administrative support tasks such as preparing reports, memos, letters etc.
as needed.
Experience:
The ideal candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working with children and families in a pediatric office setting is preferred.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly motivated, self-directed and has the ability to work independently or as part of a team environment.
This position requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while also maintaining accuracy and quality standards throughout the day.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
