9 Quick Apply Full-time 12 hours ago Full Job Description The Clay Cooley Auto Group is looking for Service Advisors to join our fast-growing team.
This individual should be able to provide estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance.
Job Duties:
Effectively speak and advise customers regarding services recommended and performed.
Communicate regularly with the technicians to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.
Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and collect funds for services performed.
Assist with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc.
Prepare and advise service estimates, sell routine maintenance/repair services and follow-up regarding unsold services and customer inquires.
Demonstrate extreme attention to detail while advising and consulting with customers.
Job Requirements:
Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time without resting.
(Up to 5 hours) Good communication skills Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
