Thalle is currently seeking experienced and motivated candidates to fill multiple Construction Laborer positions at our project located in Terrell, TX! Thalle, established in 1947, is a heavy civil construction company with a corporate office located in Hillsborough, NC and a regional office in Alvarado, Texas.

Construction Laborers Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Unload and carry materials at construction sites Clean up site from debris and discarded material Ability to erect concrete forms and scaffolding preferred but not mandatory Ability to mix and Pour Concrete and Asphalt preferred but not mandatory Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance Must be willing to complete manual labor Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators, and tampers Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory Ability to receive written or oral instructions Establish and maintain effective working relationship with field and office personnel Must be committed to contributing to a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and others Physical Requirements:
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
Must have good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times.
Able to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots.
Able to walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment drug screen.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
