4K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The Bank Employee Support Specialist is responsible for researching and gathering information as assigned and performing various back office work in relation to daily transactions, account maintenance, and online banking.
The individual will be responsible for answering calls coming into the department, providing outstanding customer service, and other duties as assigned:
Processes incoming Salesforce cases and emails On a weekly basis, manages return mail Verifies Account Analysis Reports and other assigned reports Processes daily cases and reports in a timely manner
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED 3-5 years of retail banking or banking operations experience Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions.
Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs.
