Be Accurate, Be Professional, Be Efficient Duties and Responsibilities - Making sure our invoices get to the customer.
This involves using various portals, uploading documents, emailing, reconciling issues, following up, filing, good communication with all departments to ensure that the invoices make it to the finish line called Paid.
This role will need to have a understanding of what we make so as to answer customer questions Ability to source information Problem solve Understand the needs of the customer Respond to customer requests for on-site services Willing to care about helping internal and external customers succeed.
Accountabilities Accuracy of edits performed, with minimal errors; Demonstrate proficiency for speed and accuracy in data entry; Demonstrate proficiency in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Job Skills needed Attention to detail, data entry (fast & accurate) proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel), Verbal skills and etiquette (English) and (Spanish) is a HUGE plus Skilled in reading, writing and arithmetic Skilled in office equipment:
computer, telephones, calculator, copy machine and fax machine Physical Demands Lift 10-20 pound office supplies 1-2 times each day; Sitting at desk 90% of 9-hour day; Use of wrists (computer/typewriter) Occasional walking within office and warehouse; 1 hour of bending, stooping and reaching throughout the day Working Conditions Office environment:
heated and air conditioned, florescent lighting, low noise level.
Continual use of computer terminal and/or typewriter Job Type:
Full time Monday through Thursday 7am - 4:
30pm, Friday 7am - 11am.
