Experience with manufacturing and fabrication including raw material processing, forming machining and welding.
Ability to define problems, to collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written,schedule form, including complex/technical information.
Must possess strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information to customers, sales reps, and employees within the company inquiries or complaints.
Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office, Solidworks, and ERP systems (Epicor knowledge is a plus) Ability to identify problems, to present solutions, meet deadlines maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Positive attitude, self-driven, detail-oriented who is eager to learn and further develop skills.
Preffered previous experience SolidWorks sheet metal and weldments.
Epicor ERP system Previous Experience in all areas related to the manufactuatin processes.
