Office Manager We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Manager.

Summary:
As an Office Manager, must have experience.
You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office environment.
Your duties will include managing emails, printing documents, communicating with customers, handling account receivables, and taking initiative to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
Manage and organize emails, prioritizing correspondence and responding in a timely manner Print and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and other business needs Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed Handle account receivables, including invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts Take initiative to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies within the office environment Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in all tasks Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing your time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
