The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and providing estimates and recommendations for repairs.
The Service Advisor must be able to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
They must also be able to manage the workflow of the service department, ensuring that all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service.
Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Provide customers with product and service recommendations based on their needs.
Schedule appointments for customers and ensure that they are kept on time.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist customers in understanding their repair needs and costs.
Provide customers with estimates of repair costs and timeframes.
Maintain great CSI.
