The Client Success Specialist is responsible for day-to-day client interactions and account management within the Client Success Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Promptly and effectively respond to client inquiries via email, phone and internal communication software.
Ensure that timely and appropriate actions are taken to resolve client issues and concerns.
Coordinate activities between departments on client's behalf.
Monitor monthly financial reports while managing error resolution options.
Notify teams of client anniversaries and renewal dates monthly.
Attend weekly internal meetings.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED HS/GED required, associate degree in business or related field preferred At least two (2) year's customer service experience Must be organized and detail oriented Ability to multitask and complete projects within assigned deadlines Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word Professional email/phone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Excellent grammar and punctuation skills Computer literate Emergicon requires satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
