This role involves writing and preparing documents, managing projects, and ensuring seamless client interactions to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and renewals Track and manage the transition of closed deals from Sales to Operations Assign Freshdesk tickets to the appropriate department/employee Complete documentation reviews for Client Success as needed Update client information in assigned databases Prepare client reports as needed Manage the Client Hotline to ensure continuous phone coverage and provide exemplary customer service Other job-related duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma/GED required Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Knowledge of client relationship management software; Freshdesk experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks daily WORKING CONDITIONS Work is performed on a computer and requires long periods of sitting/standing at workstation.
Emergicon requires satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
