Production Worker-QC

Quality control testing on raw materials, in process manufacturing, finished products and works with operators to ensure quality products are being produced and in compliance with established specifications. The individual will also work with other Lab technician and Lab Supervisor. Other responsibilities include:
Maintain Quality Control records and Comply with all company safety requirements. In addition, this position will support production which includes general warehouse duties.
Pay- 11.00 per hour
Hours- 1:
30pm- 9PM
Duration- 9 months
Must pass background check!
Essential Full Performance Skills -
Ability to operate laboratory test and process equipment
Ability to operate production equipment
Computer skills (MS Office suite) required, especially MS Excel
Effective verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
Essential Full Performance Knowledge -
Previous industrial experience a plus
A plus to have understanding of properties of raw materials (including hazard rating)
Must comply to company policies and practices
Math skills and bilingual is a plus
Equipment Operated -
1. Calculator / Personal Computer
2. Laboratory Analysis Equipment
Physical Requirements
1. Frequent walking to and from plant, warehouse, and offices 2. Talking, hearing, sight required to complete job tasks 3. Bending, lifting and reaching.
Educational and Equivalency Requirements
1. Equivalency - G.E.D.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
