Office Manager Family Medicine Terrell

The Office Manager - HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN) is responsible for coordinating all activities of Physician Office with less than ten (10) providers to ensure efficient office operations. Works with Physician to ensure practice is managed according to established standards. The essential duties of the Officer Manager HTPN include the following:
+ Manage daily activities of Physician Office to ensure efficient operations.
+ Ensure that policies and procedures for assigned practice are complimentary to HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN) goals and objectives.
+ Interview, select, train, supervise, evaluate, counsel, and recommend termination of assigned employees.
+ Supervise maintenance of medical records and files.
+ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of records, reports, letters, and other pertinent written communications.
+ Supervise entry of charges, procedure codes, payments, and patient demographic information.
+ Coordinate Accounts Receivable Management to ensure maximum reimbursement.
+ Contact individuals outside Physician Office to obtain or relay information regarding office matters such as arranging meetings, payroll, purchasing, and data processing problems.
+ Communicate with various HTPN Departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care.
+ Investigate, resolve, and document resolution of patient complaints concerning services provided by practice.
The ideal Office Manager HTPN candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and great attention to detail.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
