Vehicle Description Here's a fun project for YOU to work on.
Rare 72 Lemans is a very similar body to the GTO.
But this car is automatic with split bench, not buckets like the GTO.
I have a auto trans for it (in the trunk) and a drive shaft and many extra parts included with the car.
I have an engine for it, a 326 out of a 66 Tempest.
The engine is not mounted, it's just setting in there on a tire.
I have no idea if the engine or transmission are any good.
This vehicle has been sitting for 22 years.
I have a second hood, from a Lemans GT with scoops but it fits with a different front end grill, or Clip.
Someone cut out the fender flare on the left rear, probably for some other project car.
I have a clear title that came with a different vehicle, a 72 Lemans rolling frame that I bought just for the title (and the hood) and I recycled that chasis so it doesn't exist anymore.
But it's spirit lives on, reincarnated in this big steel chunk of a potential muscle car.
4 good Crager wheels with some rust.
